Children: We take a lot of pride in creating a relaxing, inspirational, rejuvenating experience for each of our guests. Many of our guests are also parents and look forward to this time just for them! For this reason, we are a child free salon and spa. We request children be brought in only when they have a reservation booked. Please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come and enjoy the experience without your little ones!
Multiple service reservations (3 or more), Wedding packages: These packages require a credit card to hold your reservation. At least 48 hr. notice is required for cancellation due to the impact on multiple Artists’ schedules. A no-show/ no-call will result in a charge of your credit card for 50% amount of the services. If you have a gift certificate, it will be voided.
Cancellation Policy: Our Artists are in high demand, so we ask that you be respectful to their time and that of other guests by honoring your commitment to be here for your reservation. We ask for 24 hours notice when cancelling an experience with us. We understand unexpected events in life happens so we will allow 2 same day cancellations/ no shows before we will need to keep a credit card on file for you to make your next reservation. If there is a 3rd same day cancellation/ no show there is a 50% fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for no-show/no-calls. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require credit card prepayments to make a reservation.
Arrival for your experience: Our Inner Beauty Gallery provides a wonderful, relaxing environment so we suggest you arrive to your reservation a few minutes ahead of schedule to settle in and get ready to enjoy your experience. We schedule our reservations with the correct time needed to complete your experience, please help us by being on time so that we may complete your experience as scheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late it may be necessary to reschedule your reservation and we will try to reach you by phone.
Artist Selection/ Changes: At Quattra Via, we thrive on our team environment, so if you feel you would be more comfortable or better served with another Artist- or if you would just like to get a fresh point of view, please just let us know! Unlike many salons, our Artists understand what a personal choice this is for every guests and finding the optimal match is ultimately our goal with you. Team work makes the dream work and it is our mission to provide you with the best experience possible.
Product Returns: All Aveda product returns must be within 30 days of purchase and at least 50% full. No returns or refunds accepted for travel size products or make-up. All items in the Live In Your Element collection are final sale.
Living our Mission: We go above and beyond with doing good for our environment with all Aveda production using Wind Power, recyclable packaging, clean water fund raising, beach clean ups and so many more efforts. An additional step we take is being designated as a Green Circle Salon, where products that are usually thrown in trash are recycled in a way they do not harm but even help our environment. We charge a ERF fee of $2.00 for each service to help support these extra costs, but you may choose to alert us you do not want to participate with this extra fee as it is at your discretion.
Service Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience please notify us and book your redo reservation within 7 days of your original experience. If you did not achieve look you believe your Artist and you agreed upon, we will make it right at no cost to you. It is our goal to make each guest feel beautiful inside and out!
